Sunbelt Belt Cross Reference Chart - It almost reminds me of of the new sunbelt developments you see out west with walkable areas. That's a good word to use lifestyle center, i couldn't think of a way to describe it. It appears that many of the white emigrants went to suburban areas of new jersey and connecticut, but many also went to two sunbelt states, florida and california.
